I did try out the glowing eyes in the bushes last night... It worked out so well!!
I used a pink glow sick, it was so cute! I will away this, if you're really looking for it or if you're looking directly at the eyes you can tell that there's a glow stick in it to emit the light. I would say if you want to place a sheer cloth around the rolls or maybe line the insides to prevent seeing through to the glow sticks for a better appearance.
However if you're casually walking by and just see something out of the corner of your eyes it looks like eyes!!!
